All of our products are shipped to you from Germany - Waghäusel via a secure, tracked shipping method with DHL. We offer free shipping on orders over €50/€100, depending on your region. No code is necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes duties.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1 business days for your order to be processed. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
